We can ship quickly and worldwide. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We can ship via USPS, UPS, & Federal Express. Email us if you have a question about the freight charges.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimension and weight-based.
Returns Policy
Products may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund if the product is returned in its original condition and the product has not be damaged, modified, or installed. Please do not paint the pump or install fittings before you are sure the pump is correct for your application. Customers must pay for the cost of returning/exchanging the product, unless Marine Pump Direct has mistakenly shipped the wrong product or the product is defective.

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can also email us to start the return process.
